As shown by the photos, the vehicle has sunk in water near the Port of Himara area. The driver has been able to get out of the car quickly after it has fallen into the sea, thus avoiding life risks.
The vehicle was released from the sea several hours after the accident. The accident was the loss of vehicle control by the driver.
