The one in Info Magazine of Kosovo has said the problem between Kosovo and Serbia is territorial and not human rights, especially given the positive discrimination Kosovo Serbs have with the constitution and the law.
“Need territorial solutions with Serbia, that's what's expected, and that's what will happen. My personal attitude is that we should sit down and settle this once and for all. Presevo, Medvedja's Bujanovac cannot be held hostage by Leposaviqi and several villages of Leposaviqi”.

He has underlined that President Isa Mustafa and LDK have insisted that the Kosovo Assembly has lost its role in the dialogue, seeking legitimacy before this issue.
“We have insisted that there should be a choice then dialogue. The ambassador has heard our stand, we will continue to cooperate with the American ambassador. We told him to be ready for choice”
