Although Kosovo and Serbia had started negotiations on technical level in 2011, only after a year (2012) along with technical dialogue had the political one started between the two states.
Meanwhile, within six years (2018) the two sides also began with the final phase of this process.
Now when this phase has even begun, it is also talking about the exchange of territories with Serbia or the division of Kosovo, writes further “Voice”.
Over seven years of dialogue Kosovo and Serbia have reached 33 total agreements, but a large part of them have found no implementation at all.
The agreement, which met with continuing opposition to the opposition, was made for the Association of Serb-based municipalities, stemming from the 2013 and 2015 agreement.
Although the Constitutional Court had concluded that this agreement was unconstitutional, an Association in line with the Brussels Agreement is already being warned, therefore contrary to the Constitution.
