European Commissioner for Enlargement Johannes Hahn has said that the year 2025 is not too far for countries that want to join the Union and implement a series of necessary reforms, with what kind of success is more important than speed.
“If the necessary referendum procedures and ratification in some countries are taken into account, you will recognise that this date is very ambitious, but attainable. It should also be noted that the important point is”, Hahn said of the German porter Euractiv.
