The government today makes a decision about farmers damaged by the relief

The chairman of the task force for memorial complexes, Ganimete Musliu, has said the bill has been well addressed and conditions for prosecution have been met, Kosova Prees reports.

“I believe that that law or law now meets all criteria and we don't have any remarks anymore, because we have treated it well in some hearings and have invited field and initiative experts and all others to cooperate and bring out the best possible”, Musliu said.

Commission member Salih Salihu has also raised for discussion the issue of damage caused in agricultural cultures in Rahovec and other non-stable countries.

The last <x0] is the current, that the damage caused by the rain without interruption, especially for wheat harvests, but other cultures have been badly damaged and the ministry in place to provide means for compensation for the damage caused. I propose that a visit be made to Albania and contact colleagues there as well as see how they have arranged the damage compensation issue”, Salihu said.

MP Salihu's idea of the farmers' visit to Rahovec has also supported the chairman of this Muharrem Nitaj Commission, which warned that today the government will issue a decision on farm damages.

“As I saw, the Government today has in question the decision on the damage to a part of those hit by the hail in several recent Kosovo municipalities. We have the MP Salihu's proposal to pay a visit to Rahovec, I'm suggesting that we have a complete Commission opportunity to make a visit to Rahovec. If the visit had been made earlier perhaps we could have made a contribution so that even the Government can make the most normal decision and, in line with the needs of that area”, Nitaj stressed.

Against this visit, however, was MP Ganimetie Musliu, for according to her, it is late and no positive influence for damaged farmers.

I don't see this potential visit for us this week in Rahovec, given that we're too late, because the Government is under discussion on this subject, today makes a decision and we're going to Rahovec post mortum in this case and I don't see fit to pay us a visit unless we get to be that way, Musliu stressed.

The Commission has also been proceeding for second reading and the draft law on hydrometeological activities.
