But, with that stance, the Commission for Business and Finance disagrees. The chairman of this commission, Lumir Abdixhiku, says he is surprised at this decision, as he does not know how to cover budget expenditures after multimillion expenditures.
Reviewing the budget for 2017 has passed with debates and postponements of sessions in the absence of votes.
This year, however, the government has no plans for revision.
In a response given by the government to KohaVision, it is said that the budget is planned as well as there is no need for revision.
Reviewing the budget is not legal duty. For this year, the budget is very well planned and there has been no need for revision. General revenues are within expectations, spending is consistent with planning, and there is no need for revision.
But this decision does not pay the first of the Commission for Buxhet and Financa, Lumir Abdixhiku.
According to Abdixhiku, decisions made on the division of millions ad-hop and arbitraryly during this six-month period have increased the need for budget revision.
For us, it remains unclear how the accommodation of all budget expenditures will be made within the current budget, so without any prediction. We still have no clear on how the government's- 10 million additional wage accommodation will occur; the decision on salary increases made itself; the scandalous payment of 53 million uncovered euros for Bechtel Enkan; and other multimillion expenditures this Government is distributing.
Emergency budget revisions are looking for municipalities, which are facing the same situation for the second time in a row.
The head of the Kosovo Commission Association shows that the government's move is damaging municipal projects.
For this, they have turned to the government and the Ministry of Finance at official request, but so far they have not received answers.
The budget division for 2018 took place on October 31st of last year, where the government established the separation of more than 2 billion euros, of which expectations were for a 4 percent economic growth.
But this budget has seen increased expenses in wages, labors and goods and services.
