Rescue neighbours have described him as a wise, hardworking boy. They said the young man was a construction worker.
It becomes known that he has already been given his last goodbye and his view of being open, Express reports.

Two male K-Albanian victims reportedly, while working, were allegedly struck by lightning where one died in the country, while the other in severe condition was sent to KKUK. At the scene, relevant police units have emerged. At the prosecutor's decision, the body of the victim is released to the family for mortar ceremonies.
