I'm sorry about the” event, so spoke to Judge Liridon Uruki, the suspect in the murder of 22-year-old Fatlind Arifi, in Bresalz in Gjilan.
The suspect who in the public prosecutor's description has a criminal record and is convicted of several criminal acts at the hearing held before the court today has demanded that he not be detained.
“I support my attorney's request”, Uruki stated, written in the decision provided in Calxo. com statements following the defence proposal that Uruqi be protected in domestic arrest.
The attorney at the hearing has claimed that the 22-year-old was committed by negligence while the prosecutor counted several criminal acts Uruki was previously convicted. The court has listed as Uruk's sentence a thousand-euro sentence and also a sentence of two years and six months in prison against him.
The court in its ruling did not call the work by carelessness, as it claimed, but has not given a clear time of the event.
The stated decision describes the victim as being shot from 4 to 15 feet [4.5 m] away, while the bullet fired by the TT type's weapon crossed the victim's heart on both sides.
Fatlind Arifi was shot in still unclear circumstances Saturday evening in the village of Bresalz in Gjilan. The man suspected of murder under the court ruling would remain in custody for 30 days while the defence is eligible for complaint at the Court of Appeals.
