In the Athens morgue, the process of providing DNA samples is complete, while experts say that by Saturday afternoon they will have completed identifying a large portion of the 86 troops found.
The problem remains the mortore remains, as many body parts have been found scattered across the area as well as carbonized bodies on which analysis is difficult to perform.
Greek authorities said that after identifying the victims, family members could withdraw troops to organise burials to be paid by the state.
