There are 4500 nurses who have left or are on the way out of Albania since the beginning of this year.
After 18 years of work, Silvana Bellala was dismissed in February from her position of chief nurse. The first thought to come to mind was: “Direct to leave the QSUT to find himself in Germany”.
The 45-year-old started learning German. There are many reasons why she is motivated to leave her country. That's 380 grand worth. I've got two kids to raise, I can't handle”, says the nurse.
Learning is developed free of charge by a company that also serves as a nurse worker in Germany. A study cycle lasts about a year and a half.
German companies come here and we do the interview and then we tie up the 2-year working contract”, Silvana says.
Currently, 1,000 nurses are learning German at the center. “I have friends of mine, chief nurse, who even want to escape”, she relates.
The 45-year-old is very clear on his own target.
I'll find myself. In Albania, I fell, in Germany I will rise”, Silvana says located.
