This is because the European Commission has complained in the Kosovo Procurement Law, which prioritises public institutions offering services in public tenders, writes Koha Ditore today.
This issue, according to the Ministry of European Integration, is contrary to the SAA and should change in favour of free market.
The treatment of this issue comes from monitoring the implementation of the SAA on the part of the MIE, as well as from demands coming from the European Commission at the official meeting held in Pristina, in 31.1.2018, under the subcommittee for the internal market and competition”, the European Integration Ministry says in response.
