Police announcement of the event:
Special methods, code “Shkozet”, arrest one person and report another.
The detainee was cultivating narcotic plants in an adaptable closed environment.
Experts from the Durres Police Local Directorate of Traffic and Narcotics Investigation Sectors in collaboration with the effective Durres Police Commissioner and the Durres District Prosecutor, following a special-tech investigation, have successfully finalised the encrypted operation “Shkozet”, enabling the capture and arrest in the wake of citizens declared earlier:
Elio Bedula 25, resident of Durres.
Bedula, was declared on the run because on June 4th 2018, he allegedly fired a gun to citizens S. N. (no physical damage caused).
During the search exercised in the residence of the citizens of Y. T. (Trade) The neighborhood No.14, Shkozet, in 2 rooms has been found to have adapted to the cultivation of narcotic plants through electric lamps.
During the operation, illegal electricity connections at the home have been arranged, which served power supply.
In the quality of material evidence the investigative group has seized:
221 suspected plants of Cannabis Svjeta type;
a small amount of cannabis;
One gun gun gun.
At the conclusion of the initial investigative actions, it has been announced in research and is working on apprehending citizens R.G., 33, residents in Durres, as collaborators in carrying out criminal work with citizen E. Bedula, after this citizen had rented the residence of the citizens of Y.T.
Also prosecuted in a free state of abuse of power is citizen K.D., 28, fatturist OSHEE Durres, as it has not outlined the illegal power link in the residence of Y.T. citizens.
