US donates $200 million to Ukrainian Army

The amount is earmarked for “safership” that the month before Kiev has warned about “a reform series of defence”.
On Friday, the Ukraine Embassy in Washington announced that the funds have been released, which was soon confirmed for “CNN” by Sherestar Klinkel, a Pentagon spokeswoman, reported “RT” Transmission Periscope.
Kiev qualified for financing by passing a new national security law in early July. Full implementation of the law will further deepen Ukraine's western integration”, State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert said.
In Pentagon terms, law “provides a legislative framework for harmonising Ukraine's national security architecture with Euro-Atlantic principles” and is a major step towards Ukraine by reaching “co-operation with NATO“. /Periscopi/
