Among the most controversial bills was the principled vote of Bill No. 06/L-087 for expanded competencies for seizure of property.
This law has passed to the first reading by 71 votes “for”, a abstention and none against.
The law on expanded competencies for the seizure of property was discussed several times at the pre-trial sessions of the assembly, and was conveyed with heated debates in the middle of the opposition position.
