The ban on resources and rising temperatures has ended the wait for the launch of the third phase of dezincation, in the capital and surrounding villages.
Late Wednesday afternoon in City Park has started spraying against flying insects, reports “038” KTV.
For nearly a week this phase is expected to last, according to the project manager, Nedmedin Hoti, targets eliminating 70% of the mosquitoes.
Epidemiologist Hoti has reiterated that preparat is not harmful to humans except for certain cases.
However, he has advised beekeepers for care during the disinfectation period.
Though there have been citizens leaving the spraying area, they have welcomed it.
Not everyone has been informed, however, that the spraying money is not harmful.
This year, the spray against stinging insects, the capital and several surrounding villages, will take place in six stages with the last phase, during the August-September months.
