US does not deny that territories will be discussed in Brussels

US Ambassador to Kosovo Greg Delawi has not wanted to speak whether any change of territory or partition of Kosovo, as the final solution to the agreement on normalising relations between the two sides, can still appear on the table. Until past times, Delawi did not consider this option to be a solution, in the interview of Rubik [...]

Until past times, Delawi did not consider this option a solution, in the interview of KTV's Rubik, he chose not to answer the issue.

I'm saying: I'm not going to talk about what an element of the final deal might be. I won't talk about who I think would have to lead this discussion in Brussels. I'm not going to talk about the things or the details in which this should happen or the shape of the table. And especially, if we precede the discussion that should really happen here and that there should be greater participation by Kosovo political parties. Everyone should come in and talk about this stuff”, Delawi said.

Ambassador Delawi has also spoken of Serb evacuations from the KSF, calling the threats to Serb members to be sorry.

I think it's unfortunate that there has been external pressure on Serb KSF members. These people are trying to serve their country; they are trying to serve their community, and this external pressure, blackmail, threats, child harassment when crossing the border has been very negative for the Kosovo Serb community. It's pathetic. In a society of human rights like Kosovo, you would have to be able to solve your work and I think this is some kind of intervention in the human rights of these people. I'm very solid with them in the face of the pressure these KSF members have been subjected to, and this kind of disparagement that we've seen does not contribute to the positive atmosphere that we're going to have to make progress in this dialogue for normalisation”, he said.

And the opposition request for new elections, Delawi considered it a waste of time.

He stressed that since there are not 61 votes to bring down the government, then it would be better for parties to focus on what they can do to make Kosovo a better place for all people.
