Based on meeting criteria and meetings with EU representatives, she has expressed optimism that the visa liberalisation process for Kosovo citizens will be completed this year.
In this interview, given to the new newspaper, Deliu-Codra has stressed that approval of the visa decision will be easier in the European Parliament, while more complex at the Council of Ministers.
It has warned that they will have a new lobby dynamic for visa liberalisation to convince EU member states that Kosovars will not misuse this process.
