US Ambassador Greg Delawi during an interview Thursday on the “Rubikon” show of KTV was quoted by various media instead of stating that everything is controversial in the dialogue. Moreover, even the author of the Adriatic show Kelmendi on a status page at “Facebook” wrote it is alarming to change the strong American stance against Kosovo's partition option. This is the absolute exception of the division as a dangerous option to the extreme relativism of this subject under the argument that this remains with the parties”, writes among other things Kelmendi.
But on Friday (day) Delawi has reacted through a post at “Titter”, calling for this false “amid false warning”, as he has called it. “Ignore false news. Here's what I said: Kosovo must understand what its goals are, it should try to reach some kind of consensus on these goals and that's what I'm focusing on now”, Delawi wrote today, the Voice newspaper writes.
On the other hand, such a possible deal has been commented by President Thaci, who said the final agreement with Serbia will be made in full agreement with the US. Meanwhile, against such an agreement, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has emerged, who has considered the exchange of territories dangerous.
Opposition parties have also voiced opposition to such an agreement, but neither do they rule out the possibility that there will be exchange of territories in the final agreement.
