During these days of mourning, the state flag of the Republic of Kosovo will be lowered to half-point in all state institutions at home and abroad.
President Thaci has made that decision by relying on Law No. 03/L-094 for the president of the Republic of Kosovo, the 03L-123 Law for the State Protocol of the Republic of Kosovo, and the 03-L-038 Law for the Use of State Symbols of the Republic of Kosovo.
The prominent event, Adem Demaci, will be buried with the highest state honours.
