It is learned that the EU's top official, during a speech in the Assembly, is expected to confirm the Commission's positive decision on visa liberalisation.
He will have a series of meetings, including with President Hashim Thaci. A day earlier, all state leaders will remain in Brussels for a meeting with Federica Moghrin, on the day the decision on liberalisation will be made public.
The liberalisation decision will take place 18 July, according to KTV.
