The competition for the census of new students at all Kosovo public universities will open this Monday, 9 July.
So it was placed at the Conference of Rectors and Public Universities of the Republic of Kosovo, at the meeting held at the University “Uqin Hoti” in Prizren.
According to the news report, the host of this meeting was Prof. Dr. Vataj Rame, Rector of UPZ's, at the same time, Chairman of the Rector Conference.
Also discussed at this meeting is support among universities with academic staff.
Also discussed is the budgetary situation of universities and the need for increased budgets for improving conditions in all aspects of public universities. Also discussed was the need for the adoption of the statutes of several public universities in the Kosovo Assembly, which function in provisional statutes. The Kosovo Republic's Public Rectors and Universities Conference for resolving these problems requires the co-operation of government institutions and the Assembly.
