Court Against Minister Luka declared today

Eliana Naka is also accused of the same criminal act in this trial.

According to the indictment, now Minister Luka in the quality of the official at the Ministry of Trade and Industry on May 23rd 2014 has acted in opposition to the law, so that he has asked that procedures be initiated for the 20 thousand-euro commitment to the NGO “Jakova Innovation Center”, in which the NGO has been the founder and also had the position of head of the Investment Promotive Agency.

For conflicts of interest in this case, Eliana Naka, who according to the indictment, as MTI secretary general on June 2, 2014, has made a decision that financial means worth a total of 20 thousand euros will be divided into support of the NGO in which the board director was in.

In December last year, Minister Luka was declared innocent in the prosecution's indictment.
