The incident between police officer William Umana and two people allegedly killed occurred in Las Vegas on 11 July.
Umana had a camera ahead of him while shooting through the front window of his car, the Independent” reported, broadcast Periscopi.
The suspects reportedly were shot 34 times by the police.
Police say the two men were armed and were suspected of a murder just two hours before the prosecution. They had killed a man in a car wash center./Periscopi/
