As a result of this situation, they say steps have been taken for renovation, setting up wait for patients, buying new equipment, providing medicine and providing more quality services.
The CKUK Emergency Clinic has been and remains over 24 hours with patients, including cases of traffic accidents, reanimate, severe surgical, orthopedic and internistic cases. Despite the great overload, Emergency Clinic health teams, in consultation with care experts from surgical, internastic, orthopedic branches, have offered medical assistance to all patients. A portion of the Emergency Clinic is in renovation, investment of the Ministry of Health and SHSKUK, while for the first time, 300 thousand euros of new equipment has been purchased that is expected to be put into operation after renovation, at the request of the clinic management. It should be noted that concern for the Emergency Clinic presents the fact that a large number of patients are presented for direct medical assistance in emergency, without publicly consulting Family Medicine Centres”, the Hospital Service communique says.
