Winds and dry climate conditions have caused fire going up, despite 12,000 firefighters trying to shut it down. This fire has so far left six people dead, including two children.

To date, 48 thousand acres [48 thousand ha] of land has been burned and 38 thousand people have been evacuated. US President Donald Trump has approved federal aid to this country.
