But leaders expressed enthusiasm at the fact that the same day the European Commission gave the green light for visa liberalisation. Meanwhile, according to the opposition, state leaders have gone to Brussels to start the closing phase of political negotiations with Serbia, as well as to trade visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens.
Justice Vigan Qorrolli has said that Kosovo needs a greater rule in the dialogue and that it is merit representation and inclusive. According to him, with the actual appointment format, all three sides- The European Union as mediator, as well as Serbia, “and Kosovo are making successive mistakes, which, to them it seems, ironically, are happy mistakes”.
