(8 years ago)Some that remained from June sessions and several July ones were these bills that were put to the polls in the first part of today's plenary session of the Kosovo Assembly. Despite the difficulties in quorum, some of them were able to pass through. Among other things, the Assembly today adopted the Bill [...] in principle.
Despite the difficulties in quorum, some of them were able to pass through.
Among other things, the Assembly today adopted in principle the Bill on Expanding Confiscating of Riches. Also adopted in principle was the Access Law on Public and Signal Protection.
Today's session also passed the law on blood and blood components. Until the second review of the Bill for Mediation lacked quorum.
At today's session, the Assembly of Kosovo reached the quorum even to pass the first point of the agenda, the Bill for the ratification of the Agreement between Kosovo and the European Union on Kosovo's participation in the Union Programme “the competitiveness of small- and medium-sized enterprises.
As it is now known, the lack of participating deputies in the hall has become practical in the Kosovo Republic Assembly.
Not seldom, this is leading the day's agendas to other sessions, new poplars, where even the quorum is not readily achieved.
The hearing is expected to continue after 2:00.
