At the beginning of my term at the helm of the Scythew municipality, where unemployment is high-level, where economic development has stabilised, where poverty has taken root, I have vowed to be extremely open to citizens, to any demands, to any possible suspicion anyone may have. Transparency and accountability are two of the fundamental principles of democracy. So on these two principles I will continue to lead our loving Skenderaj.
Dear citizens, I have a moral duty, a citizen, but also as the head of the Scytheright Community, to share with you the facts that shed light on what is said to be “Mayor Jashar takes Sami Lushtak's people out of work”.
The documents you see below are the decisions of the Independent Civil Service Supervisor Council, which this council has ruled in violation and disrespect of procedures in the competition proclaimed by the previous executive.
I feel extremely sorry for those workers to whom the Council requires the abolition of the competition, because at this time when unemployment is at high levels, I would have felt happier if we had increased the number of workers, but only by respecting the established legal rules. In no way, nor will we for any price overlook these rules and applicable laws in Kosovo, as it was in the past, actions that have cost the Komuna budget tens of thousands of euros, cases that are known to the public, such as the case of Adam Meta. Like the latter, there's a lot more to our bad luck.
Dear citizens, I didn't want to and do not want to deal with reactions and reactions, because we have a lot of work to do, but I'm sharing with you these decisions of the Independent Civil Service Supervisor Council, so you can judge the situation yourself.
