Belgrade does not allow air space to be exploited for points from Pristina, so even the aircraft has had to go back.
Pacolli said he's always following a road map that he'd done this time, but on the way the plane pilot had received some new coordinates, so by entering Serbia's airspace.
Before flight is confirmed, this flight plan respects a specific route. From Albania, Montenegro to the western Adriatic coast. That's what we chose because we didn't want to offer the eastern Adriatic coast”.
We've moved into Albania's airspace, and there the pilot gets a co-ordination to return to the north. I can see it's not the way according to plan, and the pilot was just contacting Belgrade's air control. Here I demand that we go back, and once we return to Albania's airspace, we get the new coordinates”.
Kosovo's top diplomat has said he does not know why this has happened, while he has announced that he has launched an investigation into the event.
He also added that his flight to his plane is extremely secure, and that all of his services are accomplished on this plane.
