Bahtiri: Institutions not allow exchange of territories to be part of dialogue

The deputy chairman of the New Kosovo Alliance and Mitrovica chairman Agim Bahtiri has called on Kosovo institutions not to allow the exchange of territories to be part of the dialogue with Serbia.

In an interview for the newspaper New Age, he has said even the issue of administrative borders should not be part of the dialogue, and that the Association of Serb Majorities should be under the Kosovo Constitution.

Mitrovica's leader has called on the political spectrum to bypass parties and achieve reconciliation so that Kosovo can be represented by devoted and capable people in talks with Serbia.

According to him in the talks with Belgrade, one should go on a common, well studied platform, and that the Parliament should have the main role.
