According to the prosecution's announcement, the suspect as an agent of one of the insurance companies “has forged the decisions of the KLA disabled, and has put authorized persons in the Auto-registering Centre to prove a false and pre-priced case to serve as evidence for recording the” vehicle.
Gashi as the authorized persons of this centre has introduced the decision to the effect that people were disabled in the KLA war, even though they did not have that status.
With these actions, defendant D.G. has carried out the criminal work, to demonstrate false content by Article 403 paragraphs 1 of KKP. The case attorney has demanded the court's appointment of the detention measure against defendant D.G. As there is the possibility of danger of escape, as well as the risk of impact on the damaged and witnesses”, the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's announcement says.
