There is no alternative other than dialogue, and Kosovo should be ready. Work together now for a comprehensive team, experts and consensus. Focus on Kosovo's long-term clear goals”, it says in Delauies' post.
So far, no will has been seen to meet a request like this of the American ambassador. The opposition has flatly rejected involvement in any negotiating team with President Hashim Thaci, his leader.
Even the initiative, as a ruling coalition party, has denied being part of any negotiating team.
