America: Kosovo limits must not be touched

However, a credital American institute led by a former incumbent ambassador to Belgrade is warning the government in Washington not to allow border changes.

The 20-page document, titled “Time for Action in the Western Balkans”, gives the key location to Kosovo's statehood and the potential risk this country can enter into “statu qua”.

The document, which is only an adviser to the American Administration, brings in hot details. It shows that Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has cited the final idea of reconciliation with Kosovo, the exchange of territories.
