The victim is the citizen of Dorian Mancellari, about 32 years old, from Pogradec. Family members have withdrawn the youth's body from the morgue in the Greek state and are transporting it to the Institute of Legal Medicine in Tirana.
The young man's body will undergo forensic expertise to determine the cause of death, even though the same procedure has been made in the Greek state.
