The Kosovo Assembly has failed to adopt the Supreme Court's Special Chambers Bill on issues related to the Kosovo Privatisation Agency. This, since opposition parties have not participated in the vote, the cause of disagreements over the contents of this bill.
The provision allowing a judge to decide on all subjects has prompted numerous reactions in the opposition during the continuation of the plenary session Monday. This is because, according to her, it is a flagrant offense for many to decide only one judge today, writes Koha Ditore.
And during the continuation of the session in addition to reviewing several reports -- of the bills -- the Parliament has not made a decision in the absence of quorum, even though several hours of discussion took place for points in the day. This is not the first time the Parliament faces a shortage of quorum.
