He at a media conference has said that there is extreme mismanagement in the municipality of Pec.

Citing shortcomings, mismanagement, misuse of official duty, and many more.

According to Berisha, construction without permission, implementation of projects without financial cover, realisation of unplanned and unplanned projects and very similar procedures are jobs that are suffering from the citizens of Pec.

“The AAK concludes that our municipality is being led without programme or plan. There's no direction in the municipality without yours. The municipality must have a governing project, the municipality must plan, know the projects, have its start and completion. Thus, many projects have begun and are not known when they will end. That's not going to happen”, he said.

Berisha has mentioned several projects that have started long ago and have been dragging on for years.

While also mentioning the fact that the mayor of Peja municipality, Gazmend Muhhajari is not responding to the Court's invitations.

Berisha invites all justice organs to deal with the findings of the Auditor Report.

“Funding the Education Inspectorate, Labour Inspectorate, justice bodies to deal seriously with this audit report, to look at the findings that are, recommendations that are several years and are not being realised in order to stop this in our municipality”, Berisha says.

According to Berisha, the law rather than the meadow is more easily violated in Pec municipality.
