The victim of this action was police officer Enver Zymber, who was killed by Serb bullets that had blocked the road on 26 July, preventing the penetrate of special unit police officers in the northern part of the country.
However, four years later, a EULEX panel of judges has declared Radovan Radijcin and Milovan Vlaslovovic innocent, suspected of killing Kosovo police, Enver Zymberi, in July 2011, in Zubin Potok.
The killed police family was shocked at EULEX's decision.
Special unit police were killed on 26 July 2011 in the first and only effort of Kosovo institutions to regain control of the northern border points.
Enver Zymber, has been declared Kosovo hero by former President Atifete Jahjaga.
He left behind his wife and four children.
