7 Kosovars Sentenced for Terrorism (Emrat)

According to the trial, Kujtim Bytyqi has been sentenced on bail for 8 months, who will not be executed if within this time no other criminal act is committed, Besimi Shaban has been sentenced to 3 years in prison, Adil Bush to 2 years and 4 months in prison, Egzon Latifi to 3 years in prison, Jethmir Bushi to 2 years and 4 months, Artan Kadriu to 4 years in prison, and Bekim Halili with a unique sentence of 3 years in prison.

Kosovo's special prosecutor had filed the indictment on May 7th 2015 against Kujtim Bytyqi, Hadi Nura, Besim Shabanit, Betim Ibrahimaj, Adil Bush, Egzon Latifi, Jetmir Bush, Artan Kadriut, Bekim Halil, Zijadin Berisha, and lives Hajdin.
Hadi Nura, Besim Shaban, Betim Ibrahimaj, Adil Bushi, Egzon Latifi, Jetmir Bushi, Artan Kadriu, Bekim Halili, Zijadin Berisha and Jeton Hajdini were accused of criminal work “organisation and participation in terrorist groups”.
Cameron Bytyqi was charged with criminal work “without permission”.
To indictees Hadi Nura and Betim Ibrahimaj during past sessions, procedures had been set aside.
