The heavy event was reported to JOQ by a citizen who started a video of these desperate moments for all of them while trying to keep 30-year-olds alive. Elvin Palaj, from Dajci, entered the sea to rescue his drowning fiancée on Wilun Beach, and this is the second chance to drown vacationing this summer in Velipoj and to save them on all the beaches in the country.
According to citizens who reported on JOQ.al, Elvin Palaj was taken out on the coast filled with water and numerous attempts were made to escape after giving poor life signs, but without success.
The absence of coast guards is great and one of the causes that many Albanians are returning to the funeral for.
