23 - year prison fugitive captured

Albanian police have successfully finalised the operation, codenamed “The command of the escape”, putting a person sentenced to 23 years in prison for murder, who has been on the run for 10 years.

Police report that citizen Ylli Fatmir Vangelaj, 42, resident of Vlora, who is convicted of a murder in Italy in 1999 as the order of a criminal group where an Ecuadoran citizen allegedly working as a prostitute was killed.

This citizen has been hiding justice for 10 years using false generals. /Tch/
