The 2,100-year-old temple was discovered at the Kinik Mound archaeological site and is located in the village of Ysylyurt, ATSH writes.
In the village in question, one Italian team and another Turkish has been engaged in work since 2011.
Professor Lorenzo D'Alfonso, an academic from New York University, said in the team's quality for digging that the discovery”themple dates back to the Hellene”.
” We have continued with excavations at the site where the temple was discovered, where we discovered the next temple, which dates from the Hellenistic period, 2,100 years ago”, D'Alfonso said.
According to him, Kinik Mound was probably not inhabited until 30 BC
