Based on budgetary restrictions and the inability to close all payments at this time, we announce that the payments have begun to be realised for a thousand and 126 persons out of a total of 1,000 and 748 left unpaid by the end of last year.
Therefore, the transfer of tools, expected to be completed on Tuesday (July 24th), is made in the active accounts of 1,000 and 126 persons who have been engaged in different Kosovo municipalities as: Commissioner; Preleminary Results Reporting ( K-Vote); and the Center for Counting and Results. Tools are provided from the CEC budget, precisely from projects that have had to be realised in this second part of this year”, a CEC report said.
According to the CEC, the payment for the remainder, 622 persons, will be made as soon as the necessary means are provided and time is informed about it. So this includes 455 people from the municipality of Kline and another 167 from the Prizren municipality.
Given that local elections were held late last year, some payments to election troops were not possible by 2017.
