Damojh Airlines said that a study of data recorders showed that Boeing 737 rose at a very steep angle.
A pilot organization in Mexico, A The SPA said Damojh's statement, which was published before the official investigation was over, was irresponsible.
The crash was one of the worst that has occurred in the Caribbean for decades. Boeing 737 and his Mexican crew had been rented from Damojah when it collapsed 20km south of the Cuban capital, Havana.
Eyewitnesses described that the plane exploded in flames before falling into a field near a forested area near Havana's main airport.
Mexico's civil aviation authority suspended company flights after the accident. He said the suspension will remain in force until the outcome of the investigation is expected.
Most of the victims were Cubans, including 10 gospel ministers and their wives. Of the 113 people aboard, 110 died at the time of the crash. Of the three original survivors, two later died in the hospital.
