According to Sadik, the draft proposed statute is not good for workers or the Trepca company. He mentions some of the requirements workers seek to be included in the statute.

According to him, none of the workers' demands have been taken into account, since it states that the proposed draft body was not worked by the Trepca Company Steering Board.
