In the judicial process where the chief indictee is Prizren's former Constitutional Prosecutor's Prosecutor's Prosecutor, Bajram Hamitaga, as well as the prosecutor's driver, Luan Delili, has been keeping the final word from the parties in the procedure.

The case is expected to receive epilogue on 11 June at the Foundation Court in Gjilan.

During today's hearing, the prosecutor of the case, Arben Ismajli, declared that the final word was prepared in writing.

In this final word, Ishmael sought the punishment of Hamitaga and Delil.

The state prosecutor's final word was supported by the injured Granit pazizi, who said that as regards the rich-juridic demand, he would accomplish this in civil conflicts.

Defending accused Bajram Hamitaga, Elmi Qerim, as well as accused Bajram Hamitaga himself, has proposed that the tribunal be brought to a fair decision and that in the absence of the same evidence, it will free it from criminal responsibility for the work it is accused of.

The same proposal was made by the second defendant, Luan Delili, along with his lawyer, Fitim Shporta.

In this trial, prosecutor Bajram Hamitaga is accused of abuse of duty, while Luan Delili is afraid of criminal procedure.

Investigations into Hamitaga and Delil began shortly after the broadcast of Kosovo's “Justice in May 2016, in which the prosecutor was accused of seeking favors from a suspect against whom he was conducting investigations.
