Although workers at the Kosovo Pension Savings Fund are known as the most paid officials in Kosovo, this has not prevented the management of this institution from sharing thousands of euros in the form of vouchers for staff.
According to the Trust report for 2017, this institution has earmarked bonuses of approximately 40 thousand euros for 26 workers, while regular staff.
ORAinfo has found that this is triple the previous year, in 2016, respectively, when the bonus has been around 10,000 euros.
“Puna overtime, bonuses and maintenance fees -- 38 thousand euros” -- says the institution's latest report, in 2017. In the report, there's no mention of why the bonus triples were filed, as well as no reasonable separation.
Meanwhile, the increase in bonuses has also been reflected in the total increase in staff spending. So until the staff's spending for 2016 was 560 thousand euros, with 2017 it was raised to 599 thousand euros.

The growth in this case is related to the best investment performance for 2017 (over 100m euros) but also the contributing services (over 100,000 services without complaints) and is for all staff (but not for the Steering Board), which in 2016 had not occurred”, Demi said of ORAinfo.
He said the Board. The FKPK is determined that the bonus can be shared for workers only when the institution's performance in investments is positive.
This is done in order to encourage and motivate employees when the results are excellent”, he added.
Meanwhile, the institution's high wage and hired expenses have often been criticised by civil society and eventually by MPs, where they even took steps to reduce them. But large wages have already increased their bonus expenses.
