MP Haxhiu has said that already after receiving salaries from these officials, this poses conflict of interest and has called on the prosecution to investigate the way wage hikes occurred. She has reiterated the stance that the decision to raise salaries is unacceptable and contrary to the Law on Salaries. Haxhiu has also warned of the possibility of criminal charges, as well as of judges of the Constitutional Court, who have voted it unequipped as the VV's complaint about the government's rise in wages.

Albulen Haxhiu has said that self-rule is not against raising salaries for the justice system, but this must be done under the Law for Salaries.
