United States President Donald Trump says his summit with the northeastern leader Kim Jong Un is a chance that only “once occurs” for North Korea.
Trump and Kim are expected to meet in Singapore on June 12th.
The American president made these comments during a media conference in the margins of the G7 summit being held in Canada shortly before heading toward Singapore.
Trump also said he would know “within a minute” if Kim is serious about giving up his nuclear weapons.
He added that American and North Korean officials have worked jointly in Singapore to prepare this historic meeting.
