Thaci responds to Vetevendosje for CEC members

The letter, sent, says that under the Proposal of the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group, Nazlie Bala ranks first, by two nominated by this parliamentary group, so they have invited him to take the oath.
“While, in terms of the appointment of the second group of CEC members, will be expected the interpretation of ninth 139 paragraphs 4 of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo by the Constitutional Court, since, the president of the Republic of Kosovo to avoid any dilemma over which parliamentary groups the members of the CEC should be appointed, has demanded the interpretation of this article by the Constitutional Court”, the letter sent to Vetevendosje, the KP reports.
For further steps, the letter has been told that they will be announced in time.
Otherwise, the Vetevendosje Movement the day before reacted to the failure to confirm nominations by President Hashim Thaci of the two CEC members nominated by this party.
The current VV member in the CEC, Adnan Rrustemi, who was again nominated by his party, was not summoned by the presidency to confirm his nomination as a member of the CEC.
