Thaci gives two more decorations (Photo)

President Hashim Thaci today at separate meetings has decorated with medals, Professor Rifat Blaku and posthumously, the Idriz Rrecaj event.

“With the Jubilare Presidential Medal of Independence, following my death, I decorated the prominent Idriz Rrecaj event. In the nineth years, Idriz Rhecaj made an extraordinary contribution as political activist in Skenderaj and, by extension,”, Thaci wrote.

He has eventually added that there was vision, discretion, and courage to confront the problems of time.
